Why Hot Yoga?

With an infrared heating system you get the benefits of traditional yoga in addition to the many benefits of practicing in a heated space. These added benefits include increased flexibility and circulation, detoxification, pain relief and weight loss just to name a few.   


Please note- All classes are hot unless otherwise indicated.


NEW TO HOT YOGA? HERE ARE SOME TIPS

  • Bring a mat and a couple of towels, one for you and one for your mat. Don't have a mat/towel- no worries, we got you covered. Mat's and/or towels available for rent.
  • Bring water to class, and drink plenty of water the day of a hot yoga class.
  • Pre-booking class is always a good idea as space is limited, and arrive on time.
